Our History
Hibbs Tax Service has a long and trusted history in the Mid-Missouri area. Starting at 1003 Morley Street in 1992, Hibbs Tax Service experienced a period of impressive growth. By 1996, the business had outgrown its office and was moved to 102 South Williams Street. The growth continued at a quick pace. Hibbs Tax Service gained several employees and found the need to expand the building in 1997. In 1998, the business was sold.
Upon selling the business in 1998, Mark continued tax preparation services from his home office. In 2011, Hibbs Tax Service opened its doors to the public at 630 N Morley Street, where it continues to exceed the expectations of its clientele.

Mark Hibbs, EA, Founder
Mark Hibbs has been preparing taxes for businesses and individuals since 1981. Starting out at H&R Block in the early 1980's, Mark gained valuable experience which he was able to pass on to his own business. Spending much of his younger years in the area, he was able to quickly gather a loyal customer base. Mark is the main tax preparer and head accountant for the office.
